CINNABON CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cinnamon Filling:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (adjust to desired consistency)

Instructions:

For the Cake:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
